  Our garage door just gave up... midday on a Saturday... on a holiday weekend. We didn't really know who to use, but saw the reviews were strong for Overhead Door Company. They said they're open 24 hours. I can't fully verify that, of course, but they did answer quickly and were able to send someone out within the day. I was shocked! Brad did a great job of assessing the situation, fixing and fine tuning, and getting everything back in tip top shape in almost no time. We thought the price was very reasonable and it certainly beats having to replace the whole unit! Very pleased.

  Our door was out of kilter resulting in it closing higher each cycle when a loud snap accompanied the movement. We called and Ricky came that afternoon. He knew the cause right away, made the necessary repair and maintenance and- problem solved in 10 minutes. Experience matters! And, Ricky is a wonderful person in addition to a great technician.

  I didn’t open the garage door and as a result backed into the door. Bent the thing up pretty good. Overhead made bad situation go away. I thought I mi be replacing the door. Overhead doo made a very economical repair, thank you.
